Customer Service Representative

Ideal Candidate:

* Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English
* Familiarity in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) required
* Familiarity with the Internet including browser and email applications
* Experience in a previous position is considered a plus
* Ability to handle customer's problems with patience
* Excellent telephone skills
* Must be able to work both independently and in team to meet company's deadlines and goals

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients
* Provide telephone and email support to our retail, corporate and reseller clients
* Able to troubleshoot problems and provide answers to our client's inquiries
* Handle data entry and administrative duties
